Also, FameBoosts is not responsible for the loss of accounts or the removal of the said account from search engine results.
9) At its sole discretion, FameBoosts can deliver services from any country in the world. No refunds will be issued if the client does not specify beforehand any special targeting.
10) The prices listed on our site do not include any customization. New pricing will be communicated to the client if they wish to change how services are delivered.
11) FameBoosts does not guarantee that the services offered on this site will not be disrupted, malfunction, hardware failure, third-party approval process' and/or Acts of God. FameBoosts is not liable for any direct or indirect grief to the client or his properties that rely on this site's services.
12) You are aware that the services offered by this site depend on and are subject to the policies and rules of third-party vendors, including Google and Youtube.
Therefore, FameBoosts will not be held responsible for any consequence and/or damage and/or loss caused to you and/or anyone on your behalf as a result of actions or inactions of such third parties, and FameBoosts does not guarantee that the service purchased will achieve the desired outcome.
13) FameBoosts undertakes no obligation to return payment, cancel a transaction or refund the customer if circumstances beyond the responsibility and control of FameBoosts prevent the possibility of completing an order. These circumstances include changes in policies, products, services, and restrictions on certain social media platforms.
14) A customer cannot cancel an order once delivery has begun. Any orders with payment are considered final even if the customer elects not to use the service provided by FameBoosts.
15) FameBoosts may refuse, for whatever reason, to approve an order and may stop at any stage of the provision of the service if it turns out that the service commissioned promotes unlawful content, violates the rights of third parties, and/or in violation of any law and/or terms of use of any third party. If the service is discontinued in these circumstances and/or in other circumstances that are not under the control of FameBoosts, you will not be refunded your money.
16) We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and the privacy of our customers and undertaking not transferring to any third parties the customer's information or details on the services purchased on our website.
